Let’s talk

If you run the business

More business with the team you already have.

The time that goes into preparing, searching and redoing gets done on its own. People keep what needs a decision.

Fifteen years building with data and more than two hundred projects delivered, for companies that cannot afford for it to fail.

The starting point

What repeats in any given week.

  • Preparing quotes

Looking up what was sold, copying, adapting and waiting for someone to check it.

  • Answering customers

Every query is answered from scratch and when its turn comes in the queue.

  • Closing reports

Downloading, reconciling and building charts. Monday’s arrives on Wednesday.

  • Uneven quality

It depends on who does it and on what they remember.

  • Growth costs

More customers mean more hours of admin that nobody bills.

  • Knowledge in few hands

What the company knows rests with a few people. The day they are away, it shows.

None of this calls for more people. It calls for repeated work to stop being done by hand.

What changes

Four changes in the company.

Hours go back to customers.

Preparation stops taking the morning and time goes to selling and serving.

It comes out just as well whoever does it.

How you want things done is written down once, and AI applies it to every quote, every reply and every report.

More volume without growing the headcount, and better quality.

The team takes on more work without longer days, and with fewer errors from copying, looking up and redoing.

What each person knows stays in the company.

We document with your team how each task is done, and AI works from that documentation. If someone leaves, the knowledge stays in use.

Where to start

The first time we work together.

A session with the people who do that work every day. We look at the tasks with the screen in front of us and decide together what is worth implementing first.

  • The list of cases, prioritised.
  • The decision in writing, on one page.
  • The map of systems and data.

It can be done on its own. Whatever comes out of it is yours, whether we carry on or not.

Talk about your case

These are hours from our own projects, not an average across clients.

How we work with you

Not a standalone tool: a method.

A path in three phases, done in order. Each phase ends with something you can see working, and the next one does not start until the previous one is closed. That is why the result does not depend on a tool getting it right.

WHERE TO START GETTING IT GOING ONGOING SUPPORT TRAINING CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT RUNS ACROSS THE WHOLE PATH ENTERS AT ANY POINT

The services

  1. AI implementation We look at how you work, put the first case into production and stay until the team sustains it without us.
  2. Training Your teams learn to work with AI on their own tasks, not on textbook examples.
  3. Custom development We build the product or the software when what you need does not exist, and the code stays in your repository.

Business leaders usually start at the beginning: we look at how the company works and decide together what is worth implementing first.

Shall we look at a case from your company?

Tell us how your team works today. We will tell you what is worth implementing and what is not, and if it makes sense we carry on with a working session.

Subject: Approach for business — let’s talk about our case

No commitment You talk to the person who will do the work If it does not fit, we tell you

Frequently asked questions

What business leaders ask us.

Do I have to change my software or hire someone?

Neither. We work on the software you already use, with the data where it is today. No new department and no profile you do not have now.

How much does this cost?

Each case is closed with scope and price agreed before starting, never by open-ended hours. On the first call we give you the range for yours, and if it does not pay off, we tell you right there.

Will we end up depending on you?

No. Your team operates it and we step back when we are no longer needed. Nothing we deliver stops working if we stop working together.

How much does my team need to be involved?

At the start, a few hours from whoever knows the work best. After that, using it and telling us what fails.

What if it does not work?

You find out early and with little spent. We move in short phases: at the end of each one there is something working and you decide whether to continue. If it is not worth it, it stops and you keep what is already in use.

Do I need to have my data in order before starting?

No. We choose a first case that works with the information that already exists. The rest gets organised when there is a reason to.

How does my day-to-day change?

In what reaches you and when. What waits today for someone to be available stops waiting, and what lands on your desk arrives ready for a decision.

Does this work for a company like mine?

If there are tasks that repeat and require your own judgement, yes. And there almost always are: quotes, invoices, customer service, reports. On the first call we go through your cases.
