Resounding success at the beta launch of myoutfits.ai in Barcelona

More than 50 professionals from the fashion sector attended the presentation event for myoutfits.ai, our generative AI platform for creating fashion visuals.


On May 14th, we celebrated the beta launch of myoutfits.ai in Barcelona, our revolutionary AI-powered fashion image generation platform. The event brought together more than 50 industry professionals who were able to see firsthand how this technology is transforming visual creation for the fashion industry.



The enthusiasm and participation exceeded our expectations, making this launch an absolute success.

Avoiding AI clichés, yesterday we witnessed exclusively a mind-blowing demo: a new product capable of generating consistent and product-focused images in seconds, reducing the time dedicated to creating graphic materials by up to 70%. A giant step towards overcoming one of the main barriers to adopting this technology in the #fashion and #retail sectors.

During the event, the Pleasepoint team, along with representatives from AWS, Domus Global, and Morillas, presented the capabilities of this innovative platform that combines generative AI with AWS technology to revolutionize visual creation in the fashion sector.

Initially, Carles Maiz from Morillas introduced the event content and presented the different speakers.

The collaboration between Pleasepoint and Amazon Web Services has been key to the development of myoutfits.ai. As part of the select group of startups highlighted by AWS and now official partners available in their Marketplace, we have been able to implement advanced image generation capabilities that overcome many of the traditional challenges of generative AI applied to fashion.

Generative AI with AWS: the technological foundation of myoutfits.ai

The event continued with an introduction to Pleasepoint's evolution in the field of artificial intelligence. From being selected as one of the Top 20 startups by AWS in 2023, to becoming official partners and being available in the AWS Marketplace since April 2024, the company's trajectory has been marked by constant innovation.

The Pleasepoint platform has distinguished itself by combining predictive and generative capabilities to automate personalized experiences, especially in eCommerce and CRM, which has paved the way for the development of myoutfits.ai.



During this section, it was explained how the collaboration with AWS has made it possible to overcome the technical challenges associated with the generation of fashion images, a particularly complex field due to the need for precision in details, textures, and proportions.

Presentation of myoutfits.ai: transforming fashion visualization

Josep Malapeira, COO of Pleasepoint, gave the formal presentation of myoutfits.ai, describing the platform as "a revolution for the creation of fashion visuals" that allows generating "perfect fashion photographs, always."



The platform was presented as a solution to several of the main challenges currently facing the fashion industry:

The visual demonstration showed how myoutfits.ai allows creating professional fashion images in minutes, instead of days, without the need for a photo studio. From basic product photos to campaign-ready visuals, the platform promises to radically transform creative workflows in the sector.

Live demonstration: overcoming technical challenges

One of the most anticipated moments of the event was the live demonstration of myoutfits.ai, conducted by Pitu Sabadí, CEO of Pleasepoint.



During this part, attendees were able to see firsthand how the platform solves some of the most complex technical challenges in fashion image generation:



Precision in prints and patterns. The platform demonstrated an exceptional ability to avoid distortion in prints, patterns, and logos in the generations, maintaining the integrity of the original design in different contexts and poses.

Representation of complex textures. It was shown how myoutfits.ai can faithfully represent materials such as leather, sequins, and transparent fabrics, maintaining their distinctive visual characteristics even when applied to different garments and models.

Precision in cuts and silhouettes. The demonstration evidenced the platform's ability to maintain precision in designs with asymmetrical cuts or complex structures, a common challenge in fashion image generation with AI.



Management of superimposed layers. Another highlighted aspect was the system's ability to resolve the natural interaction between different garments, such as correctly showing how a jacket overlays a T-shirt, respecting natural volumes and drapes.

Use cases and potential for the industry

Andre Paris, VP of Domus Global Spain, presented the main use cases and the potential of myoutfits.ai for the fashion industry. Julio Fitipaldo, Co-founder and Director at Domus Global, also participated in the talk.



Among the most prominent applications mentioned were:



Photo shoots without the cost. The platform allows generating professional fashion images without expensive photo shoots, saving up to 80% while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.



Infinite content, perfect consistency. With myoutfits.ai, brands can create infinite variations for each digital channel, maintaining an impeccable visual identity without additional effort.



Unlimited combinations and styles. The tool facilitates mixing infinite style combinations effortlessly, showing collections in various realistic environments without extra production time.

During this section, it was also highlighted how this technology can benefit different actors in the fashion ecosystem: from large brands to small designers, as well as creative agencies and eCommerce platforms.

Roadmap and next steps after the beta

The event concluded with the presentation of the myoutfits.ai roadmap, detailing the upcoming features and key dates:



  • June 5th: End of the beta period and official platform launch.
  • June 11th: Official presentation at AWS Summit Madrid, where all the capabilities of the commercial version will be showcased.

Additionally, we took the opportunity to share the feedback received after the event and collected during the beta phase, which has been fundamental in defining development priorities:

  • Greater diversity of poses, angles, and scenarios to avoid visual monotony.

  • Personalized shopping experience in eCommerce.

  • Concern about intellectual property of generated models.
  • Commitment to offer total clarity before the official launch.

The presented roadmap includes the development of new features such as face changing, pose modification, different locations, and design from sketch, among other improvements planned for the coming months.
