These are the steps to create your Pleasepoint account from the AWS marketplace. We share the video so you can follow along:

  1. Log into your AWS console with your account.
  2. In the search bar at the top of the console, type "Pleasepoint".
  3. Click the marketplace link that appears in the search results.
  4. On the Pleasepoint marketplace page, you will find a summary of RT and DM.
  5. Click on "View purchase options".
  6. On this page, choose the initial option that best suits your needs. Feel free to contact us for assistance at every step.

Once the process is completed on AWS, here are the next steps:



  1. Create your Pleasepoint account.
  2. Start the Pleasepoint onboarding process.
  3. Set up the sFTP connection for secure data transmission.
  4. Import customer data, products, sales channels, tickets, and ticket lines.
  5. Initial configuration of AI models based on the customer lifecycle.
  6. Configure the neural network with reinforcement learning for product recommendations.
