Promoting youth employment and innovation: A success story at Pleasepoint

We are pleased to announce that, through this initiative, we had the opportunity to train two young individuals within our marketing and development department. The results have been highly beneficial for both the hired young professionals and our company, as it allowed us to incorporate new talent and innovative approaches.

This remarkable initiative has been driven and subsidized by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia, with co-financing from the European Social Fund Plus. We are deeply grateful for the support provided, which has enabled us to strengthen our commitment to youth employment and foster innovation in the business sector.

In 2023, we were privileged to benefit from a significant grant aimed at hiring unemployed young people, in accordance with the EMT/214/2021 guidelines. Thanks to this grant, we received a total of 24,000 euros, along with the commitment to maintain and create two job positions for a year.

This grant has given us the opportunity to invest in the future, training talented young individuals and offering them a platform to develop their skills and bring fresh ideas to our projects.
